Memorial Health System’s Driver Rehab Program is honored to receive a car from Pioneer Chevrolet/Family Ford along with $10,000 from the People’s Bank Foundation of Marietta to go towards the car. Memorial Health System and the Memorial Health Foundation would like to thank both the People’s Bank Foundation and Pioneer Chevrolet/Family Ford for their heartfelt generosity.
On Thursday, January 26, the keys to the new car will be handed over to the Driver Rehab Program at Pioneer Chevrolet/Family Ford, 1315 Pike Street in Marietta. The exchange of keys will be held at 10:15 a.m.
The Driver Rehabilitation Program at Marietta Memorial Hospital serves the community by providing evaluations from one of our occupational therapists and behind the wheel instruction from our certified drivers rehab instructor. This program helps patients with a wide range of diagnoses including autism, dementia, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, amputees and patients with visual barriers or memory deficits.
