Great doctor. But waited an hour in the ex room before seeing the doctor. I had snacks and a drink, but my baby was done being in the room. Tired, hungry and ready to be leave.

I have been taking my daughter to this pediatrician for many years. And it always makes me feel at ease, because even when she cannot see Dr. Kazlow is her main pediatrician. She sees Dr. Carlson who is every bit as confident, and reliable, and friendly and just take the time with me to explain everything that I need to know so that I leave there feeling good about what needs to be done when it comes to my daughter's health. And I just really appreciate the care that is given to her there by everyone in the staff and everyone's just so friendly and accommodating and it's just extremely nice to have that.

Yes, I actually wouldn't go anywhere else unless I had to go to the ER, and they are all very attentive and respectful and they're all just great.

Dr Carlson is a wonderful provider for our son. She has helped us get through his past health challenges. This visit however upset me. The nurse who gave my son his 4 immunization shots prepared bandages that were questionable. She used the patient bed to stick the bandages as a holding spot so she can bandage him after administering the shots. I'm unsure if the beds were wiped down after each patient. She did not use the disposable sheet. I was in shock. I did not say anything except hoping the beds were wiped down before each patient. I'm very upset with that non hygienic practice of preparing bandages. Very disturbing!

I absolutely love Dr. Carlson. She is so kind and calm and talks to my child about his condition and how he's feeling rather than just relying on my observation. She uses real examples and life stories and shares tools we both can use. She is the perfect doctor for my son! We love her!

We didn't see our typical provider, but the office was able to get us seen the same day by another provider.

I had to see dr Carlson today because it was a last minute appointment (we normally see dr Stephanie) and she was awful! My son has a rash that was spreading across his face but she couldn't even see it, tried to say it must be dry skin. I asked her many questions and she was dismissive. I told her about his poison ivy and she said it was a coincidence. She was kind of rude and did nothing for us! I went home to do the same thing I've been doing... just watch it spread and see how bad it gets while my 3 year old itches himself to death.
