I signed in at the wrong window and just missed my appointment when they found out. They didn't send me off or make another appointment. They worked me in since I was there. It really meant a lot to me. Kind and caring folks.

I didn't understand why I went to see him about diabetic neuropathy in my feet....and he was concerned about stenosis and maybe bone spurs in my neck....I don't think PARS sent my records to him as was requested..!!!...But VERY thorough ...wants new MRI of all my back/neck problems!!!..I like that he wants to see exactly what is wrong before he treats me!!..Thanks

I like the lady that helped me do my getting into the building and getting one I had to have done. I really appreciate that and they answered all my questions that I had and I would recommend her to anybody that needed her service and the nurses were very cooperative. The lady at the reception nurse was very good. I liked them and stuff. So I just think they're very good at their job and she was too and I thank you very much.

I saw Erin for just a few minutes. She walked out and Dr. Gothey came in and did half the visit as well. So neither one did a full exam. So, I really can't answer those questions as accurately as what I should. So I mean both were fine. Dr. Gothey left, came back in, gave me some questions (INAUDIBLE) came back, asked him a few more questions. I never saw Erin again. She came in and did a very brief exam and left and said she was going to review my MRIs, and I did not see her again. So, I really, on either one of them, can't give you the most accurate information. The nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. Gave me the information that I needed and I called back wanting to change something and received a call back within just a couple of hours. So, that part of the office was very good and as was the receptionist, thank you.

The receptionist gave me the wrong paperwork. They gave me again for the second time someone else's information instead of my own, that's privilege that I shouldn't have deemed. Also, it would have been nice to actually get more time with the doctor instead of him just walking in, walking out, walking in, walking out. Because when I leave there, I know pretty much less than what I did walking in there. It would be great if they can actually sit down and have a conversation with you about your care, your plan, what needs to be done and how you're actually feeling. Thank you.

Everyone from the receptionist that called to get me in a cancelled spot to the nurse and the doctor, were absolutely wonderful!!

For not having a lot of people waiting or in rooms they care careless and disorganized with paper work. As a single mother with a daughter to feed I can't afford a month without food as they have now provided with me with because they can't return calls or follow proper instruction on paper work.

They were all very kind and courteous. They were very thorough this medication review and everything seemed to be going fine. The only problem I had was returning the phone call to the office, but it was later and I had a problem couldn't keep the appointment. So it really wasn't their fault. I just didn't have the right number. So everything else was great, and they seemed all very kind. Thank you.

Doctor was very thorough and completed an assessment and evaluation on my thumb. I believe he's generally concerned to get the problem solved that's been going on for 9 years now, so I'm very optimistic at this time, that this was a good choice of physician for me to see. Thank you.

It's very comforting to know the many times that I called this office, but they're willing to work with me because they know my health condition. So well. And I have recommended them to family and friends before and they are still going to this office. So I'm very very pleased with everything that comes out of this office, all the personnel all the personal care.

I am so blessed to have had Dr. Ghodsi as my neurosurgeon. After examining me, he patted my shoulder and said,"This is mechanical. I can fix you." Another surgeon in another city had earlier told me I needed six weeks of Physical Therapy, which was ridiculous! I could neither, sit, stand nor walk! How could I possibly have endured PT' I am blessed!

The location is far too complicated and difficult to navigate. The layout of the complex is far too large and difficult to find the place I wanted to be.

It would be helpful to have this kind of followup visit available for a phone/video appointment esp since the COVID19 numbers are increasing.

I was disappointed with the (INAUDIBLE) I didn't feel like he really cared whether or not I understood anything if I was had any questions or if there was anything that I need to know. He didn't go over my injury at all he didn't explain what exactly it meant by a compression fracture (INAUDIBLE) I didn't understand how it was that he even could diagnose me or give me any treatment I should say when he didn't seem to know much about my case. (INAUDIBLE) I was disappointed in the care that I received from the doctor and I probably will take a second opinion. I left there more than disappointed.

My appointment was at 10:20 and I left at about 11:50, but spent no more than a total of 10 minutes with the nurse, physician assistant, and doctor combined. I only have use of one arm and It's been going weak, pain with certain things, and my hand goes numb for no reason, I wanted to convey how much I need to find out what is wrong with my arm so we can get it fixed. I am terrified that it's going to get worse and I won't be able to use it and that is going to leave me unable to use either arm. The doctor came in said the cyst on my neck is on the right side and wouldn't affect my left arm, he said he wanted to get an emg, and start me on therapy, he did not explain what the emg would diagnose and didn't say why he was sending me to therapy. Why send someone to therapy if you don't know what's wrong? He was in and out so fast that I didn't get to say any of this, I left very upset after this visit. I just want to find a doctor that will listen and understand the importance of whether or not I can use my arm, how much that it effects my quality of life.

The only negative thing and it was in a bad area. It's just about the fact I called thinking that my appointment was Monday and I had a funeral I needed to attend and they said no it's not until tomorrow, so they'll great with it. I don't have to worry about canceling so see you tomorrow and they cancelled my appointment. Aaron was fantastic. I loved her. She was very easy to talk to she wasn't all high and mighty like so many providers are she was very positive very encouraging and let's see what we can do to get you some help. And that impressed me, I'm not easily impressed by medical providers, but I was very impressed with her.

The only thing I would like to know is if someone could call, and tell me when my next appointment is supposed to be scheduled because I never got that information. So if someone could notify me soon, I would appreciate it. Thank you. Everything else is wonderful.
