Inpatient Rehabilitation Program
Since every injury or condition is unique, so are our rehabilitation programs. Rehabilitation ranges from helping patients regain their mobility following surgery to providing employees with occupational therapy following a work related injury. The ultimate goal is to restore normal function in our patient's daily lives.
Our rehabilitative services are offered to individuals who, through injury or disease, have been limited in their ability to live a full and active lifestyle.
Memorial Health System is dedicated to supporting our patients requiring rehabilitation. Our physicians and therapists work together to provide the very best in medical expertise. Our team of experts is backed by state-of-the-art equipment and technology as well as innovative treatment and rehabilitation techniques.
Nationally Recognized for Our Expertise
In the field of rehabilitation, Memorial Health System has consistently been honored by distinguished professional organizations throughout the medical community.

Health, Healing and Well-Being
At the heart of our rehabilitation services is a diverse team of physicians and specialists who are experienced in addressing a wide range of rehabilitation. The goal of our team is to not just treat the injury or disease itself, but to treat the patient as a whole. Each patient receives an individualized plan of care that promotes healing, health and prevention of further injuries. Through a comprehensive and compassionate treatment plan, medical and emotional needs are met, allowing for a complete recovery that will help get patients back to a full and active lifestyle.
