Employee Wellness
We strive to provide those within our system with the care and wellness they deserve. That’s why we’re happy to offer our employees multiple free options for wellness.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our Employee Assistance Program provides low to no cost in-person counseling sessions and is available to our employees and their families.
Nivati
Nivati is a holistic mental health and wellness platform that helps you stress less, feel good, and manage your mental and physical health. Nivati’s goal is to help our employees lead healthier and happier lives on and off the job by empowering them to prioritize their mental health and overall wellness through the platform.
Nivati offers short videos focusing on mind, body, finance, social, and purpose. These videos will help educate and provide support on how to be healthy in all aspects of your life. Nivati also features one-on-one virtual counseling sessions with their licensed mental health counselors.
Lincoln ComPsych
Your ComPsych® GuidanceResources® benefit provides you and your dependents 24/7 support, resources, and information to help you with all of life’s challenges. From no-cost, confidential counseling and legal support to financial information and personalized work-life resources, we’ve got you covered.
Wellness Center
Employees also have full access to any of our three Wellness Center locations. Much like our EAP, use of our Wellness Centers is completely free for all employees and are equipped with a variety of fitness equipment including cardio machines, strength equipment, free weights, yoga mats, and more.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
We encourage all our team members to have a positive and meaningful work/life balance. From travel, mental-health days, holidays, and other obligations, our time off policy is made for your convenience and health.
With Memorial Health System, PTO hours are earned and accrued based on job classification, date of hire, years of service, and number of hours paid for all employees (including flex time).
