Clinical rotations for our partnering Nursing Programs provide students in related programs the opportunity to obtain hands on experience in a professional setting and offer educational and assessment resources designed to support the learning curriculum for students filling their rotation requirements.

How to Request a Clinical Rotation

• All requests must be submitted by the educational institution on a Student Roster via email to our Student Coordinator at students@mhsystem.org
• For requests to be accepted, forms must fully completed (i.e., accurate dates, location/unit are specified)
• Each student must complete a Nursing Clinical Rotation Form
• If the unit has been assigned, the educational institution must submit their request at least one month in advance
• If the unit has not been assigned, the educational institution must submit their request at least three months in advance

How to Request a Unit

• Open enrollment for unit requests occurs in April for the Clinical Calendar year from June 1^st through May 31^st
• Assignment priority is given if requested during the open enrollment period
• Additional unit requests are approved based on availability
