Reduced Cost Lab Screening

Join us for our well-anticipated Sistersville Community Lab Screenings beginning Sunday, September 22nd through Saturday, September 28th! Screening appointments are available every day from 7-11 a.m., and registration is required.
Costs:
- $45 for women; includes the multiphasic* and A1C screenings.
- $55 for men; includes the multiphasic and A1C, as well as PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen).
- Payment may be made with credit card in advance (over the phone when scheduling). Cash or check ONLY the day of the screening. We cannot accept credit card payments in person.
12-hour fasting is required for all labs.
*Multiphasic screenings include the comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid profile, and CBC.
