We are thrilled to invite you to a special event celebrating the next big step in Memorial Health System’s journey: the upcoming Women and Children’s Hospital at the Belpre Medical Campus.
Groundbreaking Event

Time: Performances by local schools 1:30 p.m. | Speakers 2 p.m.
Location: Belpre Medical Campus | Belpre, Ohio
Join us in making this historic first step towards bringing specialized care for our region’s women, children, and loved ones. We look forward to sharing these significant milestones with you!
Security
There will be strict security protocols in place.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- No smoking
- No weapons
- No backpacks
- No bags larger than 12x6x12
Memorial Health System has a ZERO tolerance policy for any form of violence.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Behavior that is threatening by a reasonable person
- Bullying
- Disruptive activity in the workplace
- Harmful misuse of equipment or other hospital property
- Possession of weapons of any kind
- Threatening, hostile, intimidating, or forceful behavior
- Violation of restraining orders
- Verbal or physical abuse
You should expect a large police presence. Please bookmark this page to monitor security requirements closer to the event. An email will be sent 48 hours prior to the event containing security and parking information.
Because of the heightened security and offsite parking, please arrive early.

Parking for this event will be offsite only.
Guests needing accessible parking or additional assistance are encouraged to park at Rockland United Methodist Church.
