Amy Elliott, PhD
A native of Williamstown, West Virginia, Amy Elliott, PhD joined the Board of Trustees in 2013 as the past president of Marietta Welfare League. She has an extensive background in facilitating organizational and personal change and development, as well as experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, including founding and leading organizations in both. Dr. Elliott’s professional joy comes not only from developing leaders but in grantmaking and creating connections between campus and community while working toward sustainability for all organizations. Her recent publications include contributions to books on ethical leadership and leadership development techniques. She is a trustee of the Memorial Health Foundation, a Bronze Award Leader for Girl Scouts, and a lifetime member of the Marietta Welfare League. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, volunteering, and sewing.
