Be a Hero

The mission of Memorial Health Foundation is to build a healthier community through education, special patient and employee assistance initiatives, charity care, purchasing the most advanced medical equipment, and funding areas where the need is greatest throughout our health system and community.

We can’t do this alone.

Thanks to our Healthcare Employees Reaching Others (HERO) Program, you have the opportunity to support Memorial Health Foundation and help us help others!

HERO donations make a huge impact within our healthcare system and our community. These funds assist with a wide range of patient needs, including preventative screenings, pediatric therapy camps, diabetes education, community-based exercise programs, and life-saving medications.

We are incredibly thankful for our donors and acknowledge that we could not serve the needs of our community without their generosity. Please consider joining our HERO Campaign by completing the donation form below. With a simple pledge through a small payroll deduction, you can make a positive impact on our health system and the lives of everyone in our community.

If you have any questions about Memorial Health Foundation, how to donate, or how to apply for funds, please reach out to anyone on our team at (740) 374-4913 or email us at foundation@mhsystem.org.
