Description

Acne in babies usually appears on the cheeks, nose, and forehead. It’s also known as baby acne.


Overview

Babies also develop tiny white bumps known as milia.


Symptoms

Neonatal acne isn’t preventable and usually goes away on its own. If the acne lasts several months, a pediatrician may recommend a medicated cream.
