A growth of cells that affects the penis.
Description
Penile cancer is cancer of the penis. The risk is higher in older adults, people who smoke and people who’ve been exposed to HPV.
Overview
Penile cancer may begin as a blister on the foreskin, head or shaft of the penis. It may become a wart-like growth that bleeds or smells bad.
Symptoms
Surgery is the most common treatment for penile cancer. Other options include radiation and chemotherapy.
