Discomfort in the wrist area, usually caused by injury or long-term conditions.


Description

Use pain relievers available without a prescription, such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) or acetaminophen (Tylenol, others). Rest, ice and using a wrist support may help.
