A condition caused by bleeding under the skin around the eye, which often happens after an injury.


Description

Self-care measures include applying a cold compress to the eye area right away after an injury. In a few days or after the swelling has gone down, applying warm compresses may help.

  • Vision problems, such as double vision or blurring.
  • Severe pain.
  • Bruising around both eyes.
  • Bleeding in an eye or from the nose.
