Avocado aioli
Serves 12
Tip: Spread this aioli on your favorite sandwich or use as a dip with fresh vegetables.
- Add 2 medium avocados.
- Add 1 cup 1% cottage cheese.
- Add 1 medium onion.
- Add 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
- Add 1 garlic clove.
- Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Add 1 teaspoon onion powder.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
- Add 1 small jalapeno pepper.
- Process until smooth.
- Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
