Athens Medical Campus
Our Athens Medical Campus’ first floor features an emergency department (ED) with 13 rooms. The ED is fully equipped with technology and resources including CT scanning, ultrasound, lab services, and x-ray services. Patients will be able to receive treatment for a range of emergency conditions including chest pain, stroke, trauma injuries, severe pain, broken bones, cuts, burns, and more. The second floor houses the Athens Outpatient Services which offers walk-in labs and X-rays, and scheduled testing such as mammograms, MRIs, and more. Additionally, the Athens Department of Specialty Care brings the health system’s top service lines and providers to the Athens community for direct access to world-class care. Lastly, the long-established primary care providers serving in the Athens community have transitioned to their new clinic as well so patients now have access to follow-up care and state-of-the-art equipment. Coming SoonIn addition to the services offered on the first and second floor, the third floor of the Athens Medical Campus will be Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, and administrative offices. Check back to see when each of the floors will be open. |
