Memorial Health System Receives Excellence in Healthcare Awards
A leader in healthcare experience improvement, PRC annually holds the Excellence in Healthcare Awards to recognize organizations and individuals who achieve excellence throughout the year by improving in various areas such as patient experiences, healthcare employee engagement, and/or provider alignment and engagement based on surveys targeting patients, employees, and providers. For MHS, these four and five-star ratings acknowledge system-wide improvements that have been made in areas such as patient experience, teamwork between departments, and professional development per their employee engagement survey.
