The Belpre Medical Campus is a hub of healthcare services for the health system in Belpre and surrounding areas. With the utmost excitement, the health system announces that well-respected Parkersburg, West Virginia primary care provider, Marcela Rugel-Aizprua, MD, will be joining the Department of Primary Care at the Belpre Medical Campus.
The Belpre Medical Campus allows patients to become familiar with services and providers of many specialties from Marietta Memorial Hospital. Dr. Rugel-Aizprua is mostly known for her dedication to individualized patient care with most of her patients praising her for her receptiveness, their trust in her decisions and direction for treatment, as well as her attention to detail in their care. Dr. Rugel-Aizprua has been practicing medicine in the Mid-Ohio Valley for 11 years and is excited to continue caring for her already established patients, as well as new ones, with Memorial Health System.
