The global computer outage and disruption to various services hosted within Microsoft’s cloud environments are not impacting Memorial Health System’s ability to deliver care and see patients at clinic locations and hospitals. Patients who are scheduled for procedures, surgeries, and appointments can expect the same processes and level of care as anticipated before the global outage. Outpatient services are also resuming care as normal.
The health system reports that some of their vendors have been impacted, though the appropriate teams are working to create action plans to ease any barriers or complications that may arise internally.
Patients are asked to attend their scheduled appointments, procedures, and surgeries as scheduled unless otherwise told by a representative from the health system. Physician Care Express locations, emergency departments, and outpatient services are also operating normally. For questions or concerns, please call (740) 374-1400.
