What Is an Electrophysiologist?
As an electrophysiologist in our Department of Cardiology, Dr. Miske specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the heart. Electrophysiologists receive an additional two years of training after general cardio training. Dr. Miske’s area of expertise is heart care revolving around cardiovascular studies and tests. Based on what the diagnoses is, further treatment may be needed with surgery or implanted devices.
