Why Choose Us
High School Athletics Program
In 2016, we began contracting with local high schools to provide full-time athletic training services. Our certified athletic trainers are assigned to each contracted school and are on-site for sports practice and game coverage as well as during and after school to treat injuries. We also offer our therapy and physician services to athletes from any school.
Our team of athletic trainers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech language pathologists work closely with our sports medicine and orthopedic physicians who have committed to being on call or attending sporting events. To learn more about this program, please reach out to our athletic trainer supervisor at (740) 374-6030.
Comprehensive, Expert Team
No matter the injury or condition, we have an expert on staff to provide effective treatment options. Our sports medicine specialists are highly trained in their fields and ready to provide world-class treatment.
Compassionate Patient-Centered Care
We focus on providing patient- and family-centered care. Our providers take the time to get to know each patient, their complete health situation, and their treatment goals. We involve patients at each step of the care process, and always keep them informed of what is happening with their health care plan.
Coordinated Care with Specialty Providers
When needed, our sports medicine team can work to coordinate care with other specialty providers across the Memorial Health System network. We work to streamline each patientโs care so they can focus on getting well, instead of spending lots of time coordinating medical appointments and specialists.
